Is it for real????

I came across this video that sent me on a thinking spree. Its a beautiful video about getting married and growing old together. I know its sounds really cliched but its such a beautiful feeling to have someone by your side all your life. Someone who makes you feel loved and pampered. Someone who makes your life worth living.

Its not about being the best looking couple or having all the luxuries of life, but its about making every moment count.

To have a love so strong that u feel close even if you are not together. Its not about being perfectly compatible but to understand the flaws and still loving the person to the core.

Its not about never fighting but to fight and still get over it in a jiffy just coz u are too scared to lose even moment of love.

Its about knowing each other so well that if one says the other speaks, not having to say anything some times still having the best conversation.

Its not about the PDAs but to have the innate passion forever.

To have a family, grow old together and lead the beautiful journey of life, facing all the obstacles together and sharing every joy together.....With a soul mate as your life partner:)
Cheers to a love like this....I wish everybody finds a love like this at some point of time in life and if u did find it, don't ever let it go :)

Pls check out this video...Its worth a watch :)

When i walked away from you.....

My eyes welled up with tears, i heard a breaking sound inside, that was my heart being shattered, my hopeas and dreams being crashed when u said u don't love me and u never will....I pulled myself together & promised myself i will not love you anymore....heart in heart i knew that will never happen...cause i knew love only after i met you....i loved my life only after i met you....And i know i know heartbreak afetr i met you....
Every time i heard of love i thought about you.....Every time i felt pain i thought about you....I wanted to be your life coz you were mine....Turned out you never felt anything and that left me numb with pain.....
That moment when my heart ripped apart, my world  came crashing down, my soul died, when i walked away from you....But today i am smiling for you..laughing with you, pretending i dont love you...maybe i don't...thats because i died inside, when i walked away from you.....

Expressing our patriotism

In the era of social networking and sms blasts, we are at the luxury of expressing anything anytime. Status updates, tweets, changing your display pictures to the tricolor, use the send to all option in your cell phones.....i can go on and on. I indulged in this expression of patriotism 2 days in a year myself until i realized that i have done nothing for my country yet.
Is desh ka kuch nahi ho sakta ??? Sach hai. Jab tak is desh ke logon ka kuch nahi ho sakta.....
We had the sense of patriotism till the time we were in schools. Singing the national anthem and the national song of india (how many of you reading this know the difference and who wrote them??) everyday. We studied our history for almost a decade, was it only restricted to our exam papers?? Did anything ever touched our souls??? Did the rich heritage of our nation destroyed by the British invoke anger??? Did the freedom struggle moisten our eyes ??? Did our heart wept for the freedom fighters who lost their lives to ensure we breathe the air of freedom today???
Now that we are grown ups, we are expected to be understanding patriotism on another level. The attitude of  "jugaad", "ho jaayega", "karva lenge","politics toh gutter hai", "government chor hai", "ek aadmi se kya fark pad jaayega" ?????????????????? How many of us actually go out of our way to keep our cities clean??? How many of us actually go the legal way??? or even the morally right way??? How many of us actually respect the public properties??? How many of us actually vote??? I never did and i plead guilty. I bet my last penny that still many of us don't know who the President is, the first citizen of the nation.
Wearing indian attires on theses days, playing mere desh ki dharti in blaring decibels is not patriotism. Distributing flags and then throwing them like garbage when the day comes to an end is not patriotism. Sending messages about changing our nation is not patriotism.

How many of us actually know our nation? How many of us actually are patriots???
